'I hold a BSc Hons in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth. I began a career within the Probation Service and returned to the University of Portsmouth to obtain my Diploma in Probation Practice. My 11 years within the Probation Service afforded me extensive experience working one-on-one and collaboratively with police and other agencies to manage individuals convicted of various offences. In 2023, I was honoured with a police commendation for my role in managing a high-profile stalking case.

In 2023, I transitioned to the role of VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls) Coordinator at Oxfordshire County Council. Here, I am dedicated to raising awareness about the complexities of VAWG, particularly domestic abuse. I contribute to a system-wide approach that supports existing victims and survivors while enabling perpetrators to be held accountable and supported in changing their behaviours.'
