The Student Union would like to remind all students that we still offer our caring cupboard facilities which are accessible for all students.

There is also  a temporary caring cupboard at Harcourt Hill, In the bar/social space 

The Caring Cupboard outside the Union reception now offers complimentary period products, condoms,  pregnancy tests drink testing stripes, and various other useful items.

We are here to support you and can help with any problem or issue you may face during your time at University no matter how big or small, for example:

• Personal issues (eg loneliness, relationships, workload, anxiety, bereavement)

• Guidance on making Exceptional Circumstances requests

• Money worries

• Student Information problems with regard to module addition and deletions, resolving errors, changing subjects, accessing timetables, handbooks, exam schedules and module results.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you may be eligible for financial aid from the university.

You can only apply for Financial Aid if you are a fully enrolled student and have applied for all the funding (Student Finance, NHS Learning Support Fund, etc).
