About Menopause Café
Welcome to the Oxford Brookes Menopause Café, a supportive and inclusive space dedicated to discussing all aspects of menopause, including perimenopause. We believe in the power of conversation to foster understanding and support, which is why we’ve teamed up with menopausecafé.net to bring this global initiative to our community. Our events are open to everyone—regardless of gender, age, or affiliation with Oxford Brookes University. Whether you’re a student, staff member, or simply someone interested in the topic, you’re invited to join us.
Online Menopause Café via Zooom

When: Bi-monthly last Thursday of the month 12.45 PM - 1.30 PM
Our online café sessions offer a flexible format where you can join for the entire hour or just drop in for a few minutes. There is no set agenda, allowing participants to shape the discussion based on their interests and concerns. This month’s talk point is "Feelings of Loss," but any topic related to menopause is welcome.

Face-To-Face Menopause Cafe
Oxford Brookes University has joined forces with the folks at menopausecafé.net to get the whole world talking about menopause!
You do not need to work at the University or be a Brookes student to join us: everyone is welcome, it is in-person and free to attend.

When: Bi-monthly 12.30 PM - 1.30 PM
The face-to-face cafes will be bi-monthly and will happen across the Oxford Brookes University campuses (Headington, Marston, Swindon and Harcourt Hill)
The dates and location will vary across the month for each cafe. For more information on the date and location, please refer to the schedule
below. Please note, the date and time may be subject to change.
Book: No booking is required
If you would like to join us, you are welcome to attend for the whole hour or just pop in for five minutes, whatever suits you best.
Bring a cuppa and a snack and come and join the ongoing conversation about all things menopausal! We look forward to meeting you soon!
