Notice: Short break for online menopause cafés
We understand the challenges of balancing work pressures and personal time. With this in mind, we’ve decided to pause our online Menopause Café sessions for a year to review how best to support you. In the meantime, you can find alternative resources and support at Menopause Café. We’re pleased to share that our face-to-face Menopause Cafés will continue, as they’ve proven to be a popular and reassuring space for staff. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at our in-person sessions!
Face-to-Face Cafés take place once a semester, 12.30–1.30pm, across our campuses:
Headington: Elaine Mason
Swindon: To be announced
Harcourt Hill: Caroline Hudson
Dates vary by location.
Accessible: Open to all, regardless of gender or age.
Respectful and Confidential: Creating a safe space for open discussion.
Not for Profit: Our events are free to attend. Agenda-Free:
We have no specific agenda, allowing organic conversations without leading participants to any conclusions, products, or actions.
We look forward to meeting you and being part of your menopause journey.
