The BRIT FIT programme is here!


It is part of the school’s offer to encourage all of our students from Years 10-14 to lead a more healthier lifestyle and feel positive regarding exercise.

This programme will offer additional sessions for fitness, well-being, sport and health/nutrition across the disciplines within school life, including:


  • Well-being sessions, for example, Yoga and Meditation.

  • Educational sessions to encourage nutrition, body positivity and keeping a healthy lifestyle.

  • Sporting events - when we return to school there will be opportunities to sign up for Football, Basketball and other sports.

  • Fitness classes will be available online for all students to access a series of workouts. Live streams on a set morning for the school community to participate together and then other sessions you can manage in your own time.
