Van Transportation & Carpool

If an athlete violates the BSF Code of Conduct while traveling with BSF or at an away event, the athlete may be sent home immediately at the parents’ cost by whatever means is most convenient. No reimbursement of program or event fees will be made.

General Travel Expectations:

• Keep the vans clean, pick-up all trash

• At the hotel:

  • Keep your hotel room clean. Do not move the hotel furniture. 

  • Tell coaches immediately if anything breaks or gets damaged.

  • Be respectful of quiet times and other guests.

  • The last thing we want is for a hotel to not allow us back next year due to poor behavior of athletes.

• Athletes must not leave the hotel without notifying coaches.

  • Do not leave the hotel by yourself.

  • Let coaches know where you are going and when you will return.

• Athletes are not to leave rooms after nightly room check unless there is an emergency.

• Be on-time and prepared

  • To all meals

    • No phones allowed at Team Meals

  • To team meetings

  • To all departures/meeting points from hotel/venue

    • Make sure you have all the gear you need!

• Team meetings are important! Show-up ready to listen.

  • No phones allowed at Team Meetings

• Do not bring any illegal substances

• Do not bring gaming devices

• Bring your best self to a race weekend, ready to support your team and work hard!
