Weekly Communication

Coaches will send out a weekly email communication to all registered team members. The emails typically go out each Sunday evening, but thank you for being patient with coaches on a travel week! The weekly emails contain the practice plan, information on any upcoming race registrations, upcoming community events, and other team resources.

Daily Communication
Sports You App

New for 2025/2026! All daily and last minute communication will happen in the Sports You app including:

• Training and race calendar

• practice plan changes (location, technique, time, etc.)

• practice cancellations

• reminders about upcoming registrations, events, etc.

This also provides a platform for easy Direct Messaging coaches and other families, a way to ask questions, etc.
