It is recommended that you have your skis and poles in a ski bag for traveling in the van
Poles – GS & Slalom if you use/have both and tools to put on/take off pole guards
Hard eared helmet - required, Slalom helmet & chin bar if you have it. If you are cross blocking, please have a chin guard
Goggles with tinted lenses, multiple lenses if you have them
Shin Guards – if you are cross blocking in slalom
Race Suit
Light long underwear for under race suit
Warm layers – puffy vest, sweatshirts/fleece, etc.

Coaches will send out a specific race weekend email with details about food and meals - what is provided and what is needed. Many athletes bring a small tupperware bin for their additional food needs, snacks, etc.
