The Breakthrough National Salesforce contains key information such as students' college data and student and Teaching Fellows' demographic data. These dashboards are created and managed by the National Office, and made possible through the rosters that affiliates provide a few times per year (see the "Student Rosters" tab for more information).
If you cannot see the dashboards or the data looks off, please reach out to Jee (jdeogracias@breakthroughcollaborative.org) and Tori (tperrakis@breakthroughcollaborative.org).
Remember to click the "Refresh" button on the top right side of the dashboards for the most up-to-date data!
College Data Dashboards
College Data Dashboards
This dashboard shows Breakthrough students' college access, persistence, and success data. It is typically updated in late winter-early spring depending on when National Student Clearinghouse data becomes available. Check out our guide for a breakdown of the different sections and national comparison data.
The dashboards include key information such as current college enrollment, persistence into years 2, 3, and 4, and college graduation rates.

The Collab. Wide Dashboard shows Breakthrough's aggregate college data.

The My Site Dashboard shows the affiliate specific college data.

This dashboard shows Breakthrough students' demographic information such as gender, race/ethnicity, and first generation college student status. It is updated automatically as affiliates complete their student rosters.
Students' profiles are shown by term (Summer and School Year). Only students who participated in the term will be shown on the dashboards.

Teaching fellow profile Dashboards
Teaching fellow profile Dashboards
This dashboard shows Breakthrough Teaching Fellows' demographic information such as gender, race/ethnicity, and Breakthrough experience. It is updated automatically as affiliates accept Teaching Fellows into their programs.
The Teaching Fellows are grouped by the year they taught at Breakthrough.

The My Site Dashboard shows the affiliate-specific Teaching Fellow profile information.
Teaching fellow ALUMNI SF LISTS
Teaching fellow ALUMNI SF LISTS
These Salesforce reports (lists) shows your former Teaching Fellow's contact information. All three can be found in the "MySite: Teaching Fellow Profile" report folder in the National Salesforce instance.
1) "My Site: All TF Alumni" report
Shows you the last known contact information for all TF alumni who have served at your site for at least one summer. If the alum updated their contact information during the 2023 alumni survey process, that will be noted in the "Contact Info Last Verified by Contact" column.
2) "My Site: TF Alumni by Year" report
Shows you all TF alumni who have served at your site, grouped by the year that they served. Please note, if a TF served at your site multiple years, they will show up on this list multiple times.
3) "MySite: TF Alumni With Updated Contact Info"
Shows you only your TF alumni who updated their contact information during the spring 2023 alumni contact update process.
