STUDENT ROSTERS
STUDENT ROSTERS
The National Office collects student roster information through our National Salesforce or the Breakthrough Starter Pack (BTSP), depending on the affiliate. These rosters are foundational to tracking students' participation at Breakthrough and their future college outcomes.
Below are the affiliates who have adopted BTSP:
Atlanta, Cincinnati, Fort Worth, Kent Denver, Houston, Louisville, Manchester, Minneapolis, Miami, New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Providence, San Francisco, San Juan Capistrano, Silicon Valley , Summerbridge
Below are the affiliates who have not adopted BTSP and are currently using our National Salesforce:
Birmingham, Greater Boston, Greater Philadelphia, Sacramento, Santa Fe, Twin Cities, Central Texas, New York, Norfolk
The BTSP is a Salesforce package designed to meet the shared needs of Breakthrough Affiliates. It is a data management foundation for affiliates to customize to their unique program needs. The BTSP currently offers four core features: Student and Family Data Management, Student Applications, Program Attendance, and Case Management.
If you are currently not on BTSP and are interested in learning more, please reach out to Sara Camacho (scamacho@breakthroughcollaborative.org).
