Breakthrough's program and intended outcomes can be referenced via our logic model, which was most recently updated in October 2024. The document can be found here. Additional information on the metrics and rationale for the various outcomes can be found here in draft form.
The logic model is based on our conceptual Theory of Change, which can also be viewed here.
The Breakthrough Factbook compiles both Breakthrough and comparable nationwide data points that help situate Breakthrough in the national context. Please note that the Factbook is for internal use only. You are welcome to consult the Factbook for marketing, reporting, or presentation purposes, but please do not share the Factbook itself externally. We have included the citations for these data points, which you can refer to when you need more information.
We recognize that affiliates may have difficulty accessing electronic devices to effectively administer the National Office’s surveys and academic assessments. As such, we have compiled this list of corporate, philanthropic, or other opportunities that may be useful in receiving devices such as laptops for your programs. We will update this list periodically.
These are the slide deck and handout that we used at National Conference to lead us in data reflections. We hope that they are useful in leading data reflection protocols with your team!
