Summer **UPDATED 4/30/25
Pre Testing Window: 4/2-7/11
Post Testing Window: 7/12-8/31
School Year
School Year Testing Window: 9/1-3/31 *
*Reserved for optional testing during the school year
Students must take pre- and post-summer diagnostic assessments in separate testing windows. Tests will also reset after the testing window ends so you must administer the tests in their respective testing windows.
1) Create/Update Student & Instructor Accounts.
Reach out to Jenny and Jane for access to your account creation sheet.
Tag Jane and Jenny in the account creation sheet when you are done. They will upload it for you.
2) Set up classes (0:00-5:34) [How-to Video]
TIP- Exact Path has some great class specific data that doesn’t appear in the aggregate data exports. Unless you are planning on using the learning program function over the summer, we recommend that you put as many students and instructors into a class as possible so that it’s easy to see the class specific data.
(Ex. Smaller affiliates might put all the students/instructors into one class. Larger affiliates might put all 7th graders/instructors into one class, 8th graders in another etc.)
1) Make a plan for testing day(s)
TIP- Schedule for 1.5 hours per subject. It should take students about 45-75 minutes to complete the assessment. To complete both the Math and Reading assessments, you should put aside about 3 hours in all.
Prepare a roll-out script and directions
See the Exact Path Administration guide above for a proctoring script.
