How to apply to return from Leave of Absence

1. The returning student must report to the Guidance and Counselling Office to undergo necessary interview regarding the application to return from leave of absence.

2. The returning student must submit the application to return from leave of absence and must seek approval of the College Dean.

3. The returning student shall be evaluated in the concerned College for readmission considering the period of his/her absence in the maximum residency requirement.

4. The returning student must undergo medical screening to secure certification of fitness to study.

5. The aforementioned forms and other requirements shall be submitted to the Campus Registrar during registration and enrollment period.
