Application for Readmission
Student enrolled in a program whose status is absence without leave (AWOL, the student did not enroll in a term and did not apply for leave of absence) and wants to enroll back to the university needs to apply for readmission.
Application Requirements:
Interview/Guidance Counseling
Letter of Intent/Explanation
How to apply for Leave of Absence
The returning student must submit a letter of intent to the College Dean explaining his/her absence without leave.
The returning student shall be evaluated in the concerned College for readmission considering the period of his/her absence in the maximum residency requirement.
The returning student must undergo medical screening to secure certification of fitness to study.
The aforementioned forms and other requirements shall be submitted to the Campus Registrar during registration and enrollment period.
