The term “graduation” refers to the completion of an academic degree, whether at the undergraduate or graduate levels.
Graduation however, is not automatic. A graduating student is required to file an application for graduation with the Office of the Campus Registrar through the Dean of the College within eight (8) weeks after regular enrollment period during his/her last semester/trimester in the university.
Residence Requirement. No student shall be allowed to graduate from the University unless he/she has completed at least fifty percent (50%) of the total units required in the program he/she is enrolled in immediately prior to graduation. However, the University Academic Council has the discretion to determine a higher number of transfer credits for the degree.

Accomplished BPSU-ROF-018 Application for Graduation form (Undergraduate Level) or BPSU-ROF-018GS Application for Graduation form (Graduate Level)
2" x 2" photo in corporate/formal attire and white background with name
Copy of PSA-issued birth certificate, and Marriage Certificate (for married applicant)
How to apply for Graduation
A graduating student (on his/her last semester/term) shall fill out BPSU-ROF-018 Application for Graduation form for the undergraduate level, or BPSU-ROF-018GS for the graduate and post-graduate levels.
The application shall be accompanied by a copy of PSA-issued birth certificate and marriage certificate (for married applicant)
The Program Clerk shall determine if the applicant is on his/her last semester/term upon evaluation of the applicant's academic records.
The Campus Registrar shall be sending the list of the applicants for graduation who are on their last semester/term together with their academic program evaluation to the College for initial deliberation.
If the applicant has deficieny/ies, he/she must settle such within the prescribed period.
After the initial deliberation and upon posting of final grades, a local deliberation shall be conducted by the College/Campus Academic Council.
Only those with complete grades and passed all the requirements of the program (including the hard copy of the thesis/dissertation for the graduate and post-graduate levels) shall be endorsed by the University Academic Council to the Board of Regents for confirmation of graduation.
