The Office of the University Registrar

  The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) supports the students' progress endeavors of the University by providing quality service to students, faculty, administration, alumni and the public. As a steward of academic records, it is committed to uphold the integrity, availability and security of student records, ensuring compliance with government laws and regulations.

  The OUR is an academic service unit under the Office of the Vice President for Student and Alumni Services that administers operations in  registration and enrollment, student records, graduation, verification and other related services.  

  The OUR is located at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, BPSU Main Campus, Capitol Compound, Tenejero, City of Balanga, Bataan, Philippines.

  There is a Campus Registrar in each BPSU campus, namely Abucay Campus, Bagac Campus, Balanga Campus, Dinalupihan Campus, Main Campus and Orani Campus.
