The Offices of the University Registrar and of the Campus Registrars maintain the academic records of students from their enrollment at BPSU to their graduation. All documents submitted and transactions to the University pertaining to students are filed and recorded in the students' dossiers.
These offices warrant the confidentiality of students' personal data and academic records.
Registrarship is not just about registration and enrollment, its functions also include:
1. Creation and maintenance of the permanent academic records of all its current and former students and graduates.
2. Issuance of academic records such as transcript of records, diploma, and certifications, and
3. Verifications of academic information of its students and graduates as requested by various public and private institutions and agencies.

In adherence with Section 6 of
RA 11032, BPSU established the following service standards or BPSU Citizen's Charter.
Students and graduates of BPSU may request for documents via email. It enables students and graduates to request for transcript of records, certifdicates, true copy of grades, diploma, transfer credentials and the like online.
Verification on academic records of students (graduate, continuing, transferred out, cross-enrollee) can be provided by the University. The requesting party should provide the office with authorization letter/consent from the student to release his/her records. Otherwise, no action shall be taken by the OUR.
