BPS Technology Department Staff:
Software and Data Specialist
Before putting in a Help Desk ticket or calling someone in the tech department:
- Shut down your computer
- Wait a few seconds
- Turn it back on
- Many issues are fixed just by a reboot.
If your computer is locked up:
- Hold the power button in until it shuts down.
- You may need to unplug it to shut it down completely.

- Let the form come up - Hit the Download icon
- Fill out the requisition and give it to your Administrator.
