Before putting in a Help Desk ticket or calling someone in the tech department:

  • Shut down your computer
  • Wait a few seconds
  • Turn it back on
  • Many issues are fixed just by a reboot.

If your computer is locked up:

  • Hold the power button in until it shuts down.
  • You may need to unplug it to shut it down completely.
  • Restart

Technology Requisition

  • Click on the Pop-Out Icon on the Form to the Right>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
  • Choose the icon to open in a new tab
  • Let the form come up - Hit the Download icon
  • Fill out the requisition and give it to your Administrator.
