Storage is unlimited
BPS STAFF: You MUST save all files to Google Drive or they will be lost if your computer crashes or needs to be reimaged!!
Store files in your Drive - you can access them anywhere.
Drive File for Desktop Tip
Once in a while Google Drive may shut down on your Computer and you can’t find the “G” Drive. We are not sure what causes that, but the fix is quick and simple.
Search for Google Drive using the search bar in the lower left of your Windows screen.
Google Drive App will come up.
Select it. It will restart without you having to do anything else.
Google Drive File (G drive) will be back!

Google Chat
Hangouts Chat is now Google Chat. (You might temporarily see references to both names until this change rolls out everywhere.)
The Chat App makes it easier to access all the features in Google Chat.
