Boston Support Groups

        • Need to vent about a bad date? Don’t have a safe space to be yourself? Want to meet other folks like you? For Cis Men, Trans Men, and Masculine-Aligned people who have sex with men. Come to BOYS LOUNGE! Hosted every first and third Tuesday of the month on Zoom from 5PM-6PM.

        • BAGLY's Disabilities meeting is a social support space for LGBTQ+ youth who are challenged by physical disabilities, mental disabilities, or neurodivergence. All LGBTQ+ youth who have any sort of condition which significantly effects their day-to-day life or ability to enjoy life who are ages 25 and under are welcome to join!

Massachusetts Support Groups

  • GLSEN’s Afternoon Bulletin – every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30pm ET, we'll bring the stories and experiences of 🌈 LGBTQ students 🌈 directly to Instagram live

  • Black Trans/Non Binary Group- This group is intended as a way to meet other Black trans, non-binary and gender expansive teens navigating their gender in a relaxed space! Fill out this form to sign up for our teen group open to youth 13-19 years old.

  • Brockton area: BrAGLY is holding weekly online meetings for youth ages 14-19.

    • Nexus, Alternating Wednesdays 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

      • Open to LGBTQ+ and ally middle-school youth.Nexus provides a safe space to explore questions relating to sexual orientation and gender identity.   • Framingham GLASS - Currently offering health navigation, and 1-on-1 support virtually via phone or computer. Clients that are currently receiving services can contact their regular GLASS staff person by phone or email for next steps. For general questions, email riseoutreach@jri.org

National Support Groups

Gender Spectrum Online Pre-Teen Group

        • Pre-Teen discussion group, open to trans, nonbinary and gender expansive youth ages 11-12. The group is intended from 11-12 year olds to have a supportive space to meet other kids in a low pressure environment. In the past we've talked about gender, friends, family, favorite tv shows and even sometimes meet other's pets! All groups are facilitated by trained volunteers or staff.

Gender Spectrum Online Teen Group

        • Gender Spectrum's Online Teen Groups are a way to meet other trans, non-binary and gender expansive teens navigating their gender in a relaxed space! Fill out this form to sign up for our teen group open to youth 13-19 years old. You can join by video, audio or chat and are welcome to hop on for one of the groups or join us for all of the groups for the month - whatever you’re comfortable with. All of our groups are facilitated by trans, non-binary or gender expansive volunteers.

Gender Spectrum Online National Parents Group

        • The National Parent Support Group is a live online/call-in peer group where parents can support each other and find helpful information on their journey of raising transgender, non-binary or otherwise gender-expansive children and teens. It is facilitated by Gender Spectrum, and you can join occasionally or regularly. You can participate by phone, chat or online video.

Gender Spectrum Lounge

        • The Gender Spectrum Lounge is a global online community for gender-expansive teens, their families, and support professionals to connect, collaborate, and find resources


    • https://www.trevorspace.org/ - TrevorSpace is an affirming international community for LGBTQ young people ages 13-24. Sign up and start a conversation now.

    • www.qchatspace.org - Find and give support, have fun, connect around shared interests and get good information. Chat with like-minded peers in live chats designed for you & by you, facilitated by folks who care. Q Chat Space provides online discussion groups for LGBTQ+ teens ages 13 to 19. It is not a forum. It is live and chat-based; there is no video or audio. Everyone is chatting during the same pre-scheduled time.

    • Anywhere: SMYAL Virtual Youth Programming - Daily chat rooms will be hosted on Discord and drop-in programs will meet on Zoom. Select the program you are interested in below to learn more about how to join and upcoming discussion.
