1. Building Boston

Children use their fine motor skills and their imaginations to create models of the city of Boston. They learn vocabulary, explore letter sounds, and practice writing and counting.

2. Self-Portraits: We Are Boston

Children explore the features of their bodies and use a variety of household objects to create self portraits. Children learn about shades and tints of colors, they explore symmetry, and they learn about shapes.

3. Mosaics

Children use their fine motor skills and their creativity to create mosaics with a variety of materials. They learn about shapes, practice counting, use vocabulary, and make connections to stories and to their own experiences.
