4th Grade Scratch Fractions

In January 2022, the 4th grade teachers requested that I do some higher level tech work with some of their top math students. When I saw they were working on equivalent fractions, I got a crazy idea. I'm a firm believer that all good projects start with a crazy idea.

Students had to learn how to use Scratch and Makey Makeys and were eventually assigned the 4th Grade Scratch Fraction Badge. The goal? To create a 4-question quiz on Scratch that would test to see how good someone's fraction skills are. It had to be interactive with clear instructions. Here are some of my favorite.
