For most of us, asserting leadership is a process that can be long and difficult.
Maintaining leadership, in the face of wear and tear or in a tormented context, is often an even greater challenge. Many organizations have experienced the usefulness of coaching some of their key leaders.
Coaching for leaders is a subset of professional coaching. It is coaching for individuals with a specific responsibility to the organization due to their mission, status or position. It is not different by nature, only because of the specific needs of leaders. It's specific to top managers. It's our job.
