Start delivering with Bolt Food!
All the information that couriers need to deliver at Bolt Food.
Below you will find a list of the required documents and all the steps to start delivering.

Note!
From 25.03.2024 activations in Krakow and Wroclaw are suspended until further notice - after registration, the courier will be put on the waiting list and activated when registration resumes.

Read the Courier App User Manual
Take a close look at the manual where you will find all the rules of delivering at Bolt Food.

Download the app
Log in using the phone number you provided during registration process
Click "Go online" and start your first delivery!
How to fill out the form correctly?
➢ Fill in the required fields by entering your personal information (name, phone number, mail address)
⚠️ Give your full name exactly as in the document!
➢ Choose the city where you want to work
➢ Fill in your date of birth
⚠️ Remember, you must be at least 18 years old!
➢ Add a photo of you, where you hold your document
➢ If you have been referred by another courier, please provide their phone number
➢ Choose your fleet partner
⚠️ To be registered to the partner of your choice, enter their name and tax ID!
Requirements for the document
What should be visible on the photo?
You, you can take a selfie with the document or ask someone for help.
The photo should be clear and cover the entire document.
The document must include a photo.
The photo must show the date of birth.
The document must be up-to-date.

What's next?
After filling out the form, wait for it to be approved and for your account to be created in the system.
This usually takes 1-3 days.
✅ If you have been accepted, you will receive a text message from us sent to your phone number.
Complete all the formalities with the selected partner or contact the partner assigned by the system.
Make sure to review the materials for new users.
Log in to the app using the phone number you provided during registration.
Done! You can start your first delivery!
Thermal bag
To make deliveries at Bolt Food, you'll need a thermal bag!
We do not require a Bolt Food bag, however, if you would like one, you can find more information here.
