In our model you will be paid for each: 

❗There are multipliers for pick-up, drop-off and distance rates that are visible only in the Bolt Courier app.

In the Bolt Courier app, you can also check estimated earnings for the next 7 days (including today), for every zone and every time slot!

Please keep in mind that multipliers may change throughout the week due to different factors such as weather, supply and demand.

The zone for which the multiplier is applied is dependent on the location of the restaurant, not courier's location at the moment of accepting an order.

The distance is calculated using the shortest route from OpenStreetMaps.

The basis for calculating the amount for the completed order is the multiplier in effect at the time the order was accepted!
This means that if, for example, you have accepted an order at 17:50 and delivered it to the customer at 18:20, the multiplier for the interval in which 17:50 is will be used to calculate the amount for the completed delivery.

Batched orders

In the case of a batched order, the amount that the courier sees when accepting the first order from the same provider is the amount already combined. That is, the acceptance of two orders consecutively will be seen on the screen as the same amount twice, and these amounts will not be duplicated. The amount is calculated as follows:


[Pick-up * number of providers + drop-off * number of customers + total distance calculated from first the provider to the last customer] * multiplier

Additionally, for waiting time in restaurants longer than 15 minutes you will get an automatic cash compensation. It will be visible in the delivery details right after completing the delivery. It means you don’t have to write a message to our Support every time.
