Our team’s focus is on the creation and maintenance of SEO and SEM landing pages for various brands from BOLD’s portfolio (e.g. InterviewMe.pl, Zety.com).
The web team is a part of the engineering team. Our team consists of experienced developers (senior- and mid-level) and a team leader. We also collaborate with developers from an equivalent other tech teams.

What We Do
What We Do
We created a CDS application, which stands for Content Delivery System. It is a JavaScript application used for serving static pages: Zety.com and the international version, InterviewMe.pl, for the Polish market. The application consists of two layers - client and server.
We help our SEO team deliver the highest quality products. Right now, we manage in tech terms more than 20 sites, e.g., for the US, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, etc. We also create SEM pages that bring users to our builders.

Collaboration with other teams, including Content, SEO, Design, Tech SEO, and QA, is a daily aspect of our work.
Our work revolves around OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks) set every quarter to ensure our work is directly aligned with the company's objectives.
We rely on the SCRUM & Kanban/LEAN methodology. However, we don't consider anything as the 'one-size-fits-all' approach. We work flexibly and adapt to current project needs.
We work in the Git flow methodology, introducing code changes into staging and production environments through Pull Requests. Each change goes through a Code Review, allowing us to maintain code consistency and high quality.
Flexible working hours. Most team members work between 7:00 and 16:00, and all team members work remotely. Attendance is mandatory at daily meetings and weekly retrospectives, spring planning, refinements, as well as regular training sessions.

Tech stack: For new projects, we use React, TypeScript, Astro, HTML5, and SASS/CSS. We also use Node.js, Express.js, and GraphQL. We are moving away from Nunjucks as a template engine.
Work management and communication: Google Workplace, Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Zoom, Slack
