It’s also the perfect time to ask questions and learn directly from the Hiring Manager about leadership style, priorities, and what success looks like in this role—helping both of us see if it’s the right fit.
Congratulations! Reaching this stage means we’re excited to have you join BOLD. You’ll receive a formal offer outlining the details of your role, compensation, benefits, and start date.
You’ll have the chance to review the offer, ask any questions, and discuss next steps. You’ll have 3 days to review and accept the offer, and our team will be available to support you with any clarifications. Accepting the offer is the final step before officially starting your journey with us, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to the team!

Here are a few tips to review before your interview.
Depending on the meeting tool specified in your invitation, open or install Zoom or Google Meet. If you haven't used Zoom or Google Meet before, explore its capabilities. Test the audio and video functions (especially on the day of your interview) to ensure there are no issues at your interview time.

Does the company offer flexible working hours?
Yes, however, each team may have its own core hours and set times for mandatory meetings. You will receive details about the specific team’s work mode at the beginning of the recruitment process.
Is remote or hybrid work possible?
Yes, you can work fully remotely, but only within Poland.
Work from outside Poland (so-called workation) is possible for up to 10 business days per year within the EEA.
You can also use our offices/coworking spaces as often as you like during their opening hours (offices are located in Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, Poznań, and Wrocław).
Can I work from anywhere?

How long can I work from abroad?
Up to 10 business days per year within the EEA. Internal regulations describe the rules for working in specific locations. After joining our company, you will receive access to them.
Are there business trips to the US/PR?
For most roles, there is no need to travel. However, they may occasionally occur, and you will always be informed in advance.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We are unable to specify exactly how long the recruitment process lasts. The duration may vary depending on factors such as the availability of candidates and the team involved in recruitment (e.g., vacations). However, we strive to organize each stage of the recruitment process as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any delays.
When can I expect feedback, and will I get it after each stage?
Yes, you will receive feedback from us after each stage. Sometimes the process may take a little longer, for example, due to the Hiring Manager’s availability or the need for additional arrangements within the team. In such situations, we will always keep you updated on the status. You can be sure that the recruiter will stay in contact with you, and you will not be left without a response.
Are interviews held in person or online?
All interviews are held online. Before the meeting, you will receive an invitation with a link to the dedicated platform (usually Zoom or Google Meet) and other meeting details. You don’t need to worry about being late due to traveling to the office - just test your connection before the interview.
How many candidates are taking part in the recruitment for this position?
We do not disclose information about the number of candidates. We focus on the individual assessment of each person against the role’s profile and the fit of their skills to the needs of the role. These aspects are most important to us. We want to find the right person, so quality matters, not quantity.
Does the company consider hiring for another, similar role if I’m a better fit elsewhere?
Of course. If we notice that your skills are a good fit for another open role, we will gladly let you know. Likewise, if another position catches your eye, you can mention it to the recruiter or simply apply. You can participate in multiple recruitments at the same time.
How long does the company keep my CV?

How is the contract signed - in person or online?
The contract is concluded remotely. At the beginning, we will ask you to provide an electronic signature. Afterwards, we will send you 2 sets of printed and signed documents and ask you to return one set signed by you.
When is the planned start date of work?
Work at BOLD starts at the beginning or in the middle of the given month. Taking into account your availability, we will agree on the start date together with you.
Is it possible to be hired on a B2B/contract basis, etc.?
No, the only possible form of employment is an Employment Contract.
Can I work as a contractor/freelancer from a country other than Poland?
No, we can only employ people residing in Poland based on an Employment Contract. If you live in another country, relocation to Poland will be required before starting work.
What formalities must I complete before joining BOLD in Poland?
