The Design department at BOLD consists of several specialized teams bringing together diverse professionals, including UX/UI Designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, Graphic Designers, and other specialists passionate about creating outstanding user experiences. While each team has its own focus and set of projects and products/brands, we share the same principles of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Our members work across global locations, exchanging knowledge and fostering an environment of learning and experimentation.
Across the Design area, teams work end-to-end on different parts of the product user funnel, from research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, moderated and unmoderated user research, and implementation. This includes building and optimizing resume builders, designing and improving website components (landing pages, blogs, homepages), and delivering consistent, brand-aligned experiences. We also support continuous experimentation through A/B testing and data analysis, where designers have a real impact on what is being tested, impacting millions of users worldwide by improving usability, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
Design teams operate in an agile, collaborative environment tailored for efficiency and quality. We work in regular sprint cycles. Regular touchpoints include design critiques, workshops, and close cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing. Planning is transparent, goal-oriented, and aligned with company objectives. Remote cooperation across multiple time zones is standard practice.
