8a. SEE Link (ENG)

eBroker application has ability to connect with other stock exchanges that participate in the SEE Link project (www.see-link.net).

Brokerage house may have one partner house at each foreign market in the SEE Link project.

Window "Markets"

All foreign markets that are accessed through the SEE Link must be added in this window.

Market description should match the foreign market code that is assigned by SEE Link.

For domestic market it is required to enter ExternalCode. This column represents code of local market in the SEE Link and it is used for incoming orders from SEE Link.

After creation of the market, it's necessary to set additional parameters for the market. It's necessary to select row with market data, after that in the top menu you have to click to Settings icon. In the new window you have to enter value of 5 into filed Market depth (by price), and to enter value of 0 into filed Market depth (by order). It's also necessary to check the option Koristi AGG MD za DailySecurity update.

Window "FIX client list"

Communication to all markets through SEE Link is done over one FIX client account that should be labeled as Observer and Multiplex options.

This fix client should be set as observer at all foreign SEE Link markets.

It is not necessary to fill out the Market field for this FIX client, because it is in use for all SEE Link markets. LocalCompID field is used to mask the name of the brokerage house at the local market through usage of code assigned by SEE Link. In columns FixLibrary and RemoteCompID the label SEELINK is entered.

Branch offices

It is necessary to create Branch Offices group named as SEELink (Client visibility level as Client of an office) and inside of that group to create branch offices for all partner houses on the SEE Link markets.

Brokers

The local broker that is placing orders to SEE Link must have FIX accounts for accessing all foreign SEE Link markets. Multimarket FIX account that is previously created must be assigned to each foreign market. The label of partner brokerage house as it is determined in the SEE Link is entered into field RemoteCompID.

Brokers that receive SEE Link orders are 'virtual' brokers in the eBroker application and it is required to create one account for each partner brokerage house.

That broker should be assigned to the branch office that is related to appropriate partner brokerage house. Furthermore, the FIX access for the local market must be created and multimarket FIX account must be assigned to it. The label of partner brokerage house should be entered as it is specified in the SEE Link in the filed RemoteCompID.

Clients

In order to create valid orders, client must be in the correct branch office with appropriate client account.
