If working in Rhode Island, please go to the SCHOOL DEPARTMENT in which you live and acquire the working papers / permits to be signed and completed.

If working in Mass, please go to the SCHOOL DEPARTMENT in which you are working and acquire the working papers / permits to be signed and completed.
