Part-Time Food Servers Wanted at Laurelmead Cooperative
This is a great part-time opportunity for food servers.
Excellent working conditions. Flexible schedules.
Experience is preferred but none is required.
As a food server, you would be expected to carry food trays up to 40 lbs.
The primary hours are 4:00 PM-8:30 PM Monday through Friday. One weekend shift is mandatory.
As an employee of Laurelmead, you will have an opportunity to apply for a scholarship through the Laurelmead Employee Education Fund (L.E.E.F.). This is a resident-driven scholarship program for Laurelmead staff.

CCAP GRANT-FUNDED PAID INTERNSHIPS! (ABOUT 80 HOURS)L (See links above and below):
I just confirmed that the CCAP link is still open for paid internships. You can access it here: CCAP's Learn to Earn Program | GED Classes & Job Training (scroll about 1/2 way down the page and click the link). You need to fill out the whole application and upload various documents that they ask for (so it's best to do this at home with your parents...and YES it's a safe portal!). They will work with you to gather information remotely and then place you in your local community. It's usually an 80 hour paid internship (minimum wage) and you will have a representative that will guide you through the process after you apply - work when you can until the 80 hours is complete! They will contact you. It is grant-funded, so it's best to apply early because sometimes the funds do run out.
