Bishop Manogue requires that all funds held on behalf of a club or organization which holds itself out as related to or for the benefit of Bishop Manogue in any capacity must be deposited into a BMHCS Account using the BMCHS Tax Id No. A Tax Exempt Letter with ID number can be requested from the business office .

Teams may have three types of accounts: A Budget account, a Stipend account and Teams Funds account.
The Budget account (Fund 1 account) and the Stipend account are granted by the school each year. The Athletic Director will tell you the amounts provided. Budget and Stipend accounts do not roll over from year to year--use it or lose it.
The Team Funds account (Fund 4 account) typically comes from fundraising, donations and team fees. Team Fund balances roll from year to year.
Accounts operate from July 1 to June 30.
Fundraising and major purchases need to be cleared with the Athletic Administration.
Coaching stipends should be requested from the Athletic Director near the end of the season, and are issued by Human Resources via payroll.
All coaching requirements, including Virtus Bulletins, need to be up to date and on file with Human Resource before a stipend can be paid.

To make purchases with your Budget and Team Fund accounts you should:
Check your fund balance with maureen.kossol@bishopmanogue.org
Request a Purchase Order (PO) from teresa.burrows@bishopmanogue.org and copy maureen.kossol@bishopmanogue.org.
Make the purchase referencing the PO number, or have Business Office make purchase with school credit card or school check.
Submit the receipt, packing slip, etc., to the business office for payment or reimbursement if applicable.
