Abstract
Past research has shown that a student's sense of career preparedness is heavily influenced by faculty. In order to further understand this relationship, it is important to study the correlation between a student's sense of career preparedness and the faculty’s emphasis on diversity within their environment. The results of this research show a positive correlation of 0.28 at a 0.01 level of significance between a student's sense of career preparedness and faculty’s emphasis on diversity.
