Abstract As technology is becoming ever more prevalent in society, children are spending increasingly more time in front of screens. The relationship between screen time and sleep quality is still trying to be understood by researchers. This study looks to analyze the relationship between sleep quality, in terms of number of sleep awakenings, and average screen time. No strong correlation was found between screen time and sleep awakenings. Ideas for future research and implementation are discussed.
