Organization-wide Email Addresses

The Salesforce organization-wide email address feature enables users to dispatch emails using an alias rather than from an individual's email. Email notifications sent via ImBlaze workflows can be configured to originate from an organization-wide email address. Once established, this needs to be referenced in the ImBlaze Configurations .

1. 1. Go to Setup

   2. Search Organization-Wide Email Addresses in Quick Find. 

   3. Create a New Org.wide email address. Put below details:

• Display Name: - ImBlaze DoNotReply

• Email Address: - User will enter email address accordingly.

• Allowed Profiles: - Select the community profiles for which Org wide email address access needs to be given.
  This is being used to send email notifications from the community.

Note : This org. wide address be referenced by the generic email address given in ImBlaze_Settings_Hierarchy.

A sample set up is shown below.

Note:- After Setup of  Organization-Wide Email Addresses, the corresponding email address should be verified. The status should say Verified before it can be used. 

Organization-wide Email Addresses for Timesheet Email

1. 1. Go to Setup

   2. Search Organization-Wide Email Addresses in Quick Find. 

   3. Create a New Org.wide email address. Put below details:

• Display Name : Timesheet | ImBlaze + BU

• Email Address

• Purpose

• Profiles

• Permission Sets

1. 4. Click Save

Organization-wide Email Addresses for Notification

1. 1. Go to Setup

   2. Search Organization-Wide Email Addresses in Quick Find. 

   3. Create a New Org.wide email address. Put below details:

• Display Name : Notification | ImBlaze + BU

• Email Address

• Purpose

• Profiles

• Permission Sets

1. 4. Click Save
