Community Administration

In this section, you will grant ImBlaze profiles access to the ImBlaze site, configure welcome emails, and establish a favicon. 

1. Go to Setup.

2. Type All Sites in the Quick Find box.

3. Click on All Sites.

4. Click on Workspaces for ImBlaze Site.

5. Go to Administration from Workspace.

1. Community Membership

Add the ImBlaze profiles to the site membership to guarantee successful login for all users assigned to these profiles. 

1. Click on Members

2. Select All in the Select Profiles search criteria and then select the ImBlaze profiles.

3.  Click Save.

2. Welcome Emails

The Welcome Email setting in Salesforce Experience Site controls whether an automated welcome email is sent to new users upon their activation. This feature provides a quick and personalized way to engage with new users right away.  A sample welcome email template is included in the ImBlaze package. You could use the same email template or clone the template and customize it to add your personalized welcome message. 

Note : The Welcome email template has the link for the user to set the initial password. It is critical that the link be included in any customizations you make. 

2.1 Configure Welcome Email

1. Click on Emails option from menu.

2. Click on Magnifier icon.

3. Select Imbaze folder fom Dropdown.

4. Select the ImBlaze Welcome Email template from the Welcome New Members section.  

5. Click Save.

2.2 Disable the Welcome Email

Switch off the welcome email during the configuration. Upon activation of the site, all users who are included in the site  membership will receive the Welcome email. Enable the welcome email only when you are ready to launch ImBlaze to end users.

To disable the Welcome Email for the site. 

1. Click Emails.

2. Deselect Send welcome email.  

3. Save your changes.

3. ImBlaze Favicon

A favicon, short for favorite icon, is a small icon associated with a specific website or webpage. It's typically displayed in places like the browser's address bar, page tabs and bookmarks menu. They help users recognize and confirm they're visiting the correct site, especially when multiple tabs are open in a browser. 

3.1 Setup Your Favicon

To set up a Favicon for your site

1. Click on Pages.

2. Go to Advanced Customizations

3. Click on Force.com. 

4. Click Edit on Site Detail page.

5. Select ‘ImBlaze_Favicon’ in Site Favorite Icon field.
6.  Click Save. 

3.2 Edit Headmarkup

1. Go to the ImBlaze site Administration page. 

2. Click on the top left corner icon.

3. Click on Builder. 

3. Go to Settings
4. Click on Advanced
5. Click Edit Head Markup 

6. Paste the below code in the window.

Note: Community URL needs to be replaced with actual URL in the above link. Follow below steps to get Community URL.

• Go to Setup

• Click on Quick Find box

• Search All Sites

• Click on All Sites

• Copy URL of Imblaze cummunity from URL column.

7. Click Save 

3.3. Publish the Site

Click on Publish. This will ensure that the Favicon changes are available in the site.
