In this section, you will set the Site preferences, configure Welcome Email and define the site membership.
Go to Setup.
Click on All Sites
Click on Workspaces of Educator site.
Click on Administration
Click Preferences
Select the checkboxes/values below
Optimize cached images for guest users on all devices More Information
Override standard actions with a Lightning component More Information
Click on Emails option from menu.
Go to Email Templates section
Check Welcome New Member checkbox.
Select ImBlaze in folder dropdown.
Click on magnifier and select ImBlaze Welcome Email.
Click Save
Switch off the welcome email during the configuration. Upon activation of the site, all users who are included in the site membership will receive the Welcome email. Enable the welcome email only when you are ready to launch ImBlaze to end users.
To disable the Welcome Email for the site.
Click Emails.
Deselect Send welcome email.
Save your changes.
Go to Setup.
Search All Sites.
Click on Workspace on Mentor site
Click on Administration
Click Emails.
Deselect Send welcome email.
Save your changes.
Go to Members
Select Permission sets - ImBlaze IC User and ImBlaze Advisor User and move them to Selected Permission Sets section
Click Save
