FAQs

What if time I worked was missed on my check?

You need to reach out to your supervisor immediately. They will be able to verify when you worked as well as if you were paid or not. If you are missing time, your supervisor will take the necessary steps to make sure it is taken care of.

How do I check my time each day and each week?

It is the responsibility of your supervisor(or other designated employee) to submit your time daily. If they are submitting your time daily, you should be receiving a daily email to your work email address with the details. Additionally division coordinators send a weekly email on Monday with your time you worked the previous week. If you have issues accessing your work email, please reach out to IT.

I think the withholding on my check is off. What can I do?

Your federal and state withholding is determined by how you filled out your W4. If you ever feel like there is too much or not enough taxes being taken out of each check, you will need to fill out a new W4. After you have filled one out, you just need to send it to one of our HR representatives.

How do I use my PTO?
