We would like to honor the achievements of a junior at your school who has demonstrated a significant commitment to some aspect of sustainability, conservation, climate change, or a topic related to environmental awareness and/or advocacy. The selected recipient will receive a book as a gift from us, as well as a $4,000 merit scholarship ($1,000 per year for four years) if they apply and are admitted to St. Lawrence.
The True North Scholarsh Program, valued at $44,500 per year for four years, seeks students who are a strong match for St. Lawrence.
Juniors who demonstrate strong character, meaningful engagement in their school, community, work, or family life, and desire to be part of a close-knit residential community grounded in the liberal arts.
Nominees should have a cumulative grade point average of at least 87 (on a 100-point scale) / 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale) at the mid-point of their junior year, and should be enrolled in a college preparatory curriculum.
