PHONE IN USA
When you arrive in the USA, you can set up a mobile phone only using the internet!
We always recommend you to use an American phone number since Americans don’t always use Whatsapp or any communication apps. American text sms, which you may not be used to doing anymore.
Some companies create a “family” plan that you can use with your friends to save money.

Redding is a small town, so we only have only one internet company:

This company also has Cable TV and Phone. Unfortunately, it takes up to 3 months for them to allow internationals to apply for their phone carrier
