Housing is not included with tuition fees. As a student you will be in charge of securing and paying for your own accommodations during your time here at BSSM.
You can come up to 30 days before the first day of class, but no sooner. (Even if you have kids in school who might start earlier, it does not mean border control will let you in earlier. Sevis says no sooner than 30 days before your program starts).
Per month, this is what it costs to live in Redding:
Food for one person: $300-$450 per month
Housing:
Renting a private room: $600 to $850. ($650 plus $200 average utilities)
Sharing a room with another person: $575 including utilities
Renting a house: $1400 to $2500
Renting an apartment: $1000
Staying at Simpson University dormitory:
This is a Christian university with some dormitory rooms set aside for BSSM students. It is close to Bethel Church. The cost is for a room, shared with another student, and it includes meals in the cafeteria. It’s a beautiful and conveniently located campus. Healthcare is very expensive. You are strongly recommended to get health insurance or travel insurance in your own country before you come. In the Before You Come Health Care section, you can find suggestions from former students who have shared what they found to be good insurance.

No, you apply for each year separately.
Most students are now receiving a five-year visa. You have to leave the USA within 30 days of graduation and can only return within 30 days of school starting again. A student can leave the country and come back to the USA on a B-1 visa. However, they will have to leave the country again and come back to school on their M-1.
Does BSSM offer childcare?
