The front desk can help you reset your key card. If it has been lost or stolen, front desk will issue you a new card for a €10 deposit (cash payments only). For security reasons, you must report if your card is lost or stolen. 

There are some lockers for rent on campus. You can find the information on how to rent a locker in the here.

Please report any problems with vending machines to the front desk team.
