The International Office organizes, maintains and renews partnerships with Erasmus and other exchange partners. If you want to go on an exchange semester, you should check your emails regularly for the call for applications. Applications are made through the International Office. For Bachelor programs, exchanges are most suitable in the middle years of studies, such as the third and fourth semesters.

‘Erasmus +’ is a European Union program to support education, training, youth and sport. Students may study abroad at our Erasmus partner universities or do an internship, supported by an Erasmus grant.
Internships can also be completed under the program and an application should be done through the International Office. For more information, please contact exchange@berlin-international.de
Benefits of the program include:
- No study fees apply at the host university
- Partial scholarship to cover cost of living
- Open to all BI students, independent of citizenship
