How to Read the HPLC Report Sheet

The HPLC report sheet is similar to the one you received for the GC analsysi of your limonene extraction. There are two important areas to look for. The plot of signal versus time is usually found in the middle of the report sheet. The resulting data table summarizing the plot is usually at the end of the first page and can sometimes extend to the second page (more likely for these HPLC reports) depending on the number of peaks the analysis software identifies. The following standards only have one compound, therefore there is only one major peak present.
