Note: Your first paycheck will always arrive by mail. When providing an address to payroll make sure it's your local address if you don't want your check(s) to be sent to your address back home, wherever home may be. This is also true if you are starting or changing your direct deposit.
To ensure your paycheck is correct, please check for the following:
NOTE: You will need to have UC Path and Cal Time open for cross-referencing purposes.
Open UC Path and click on "View Paycheck" on the main dashboard. In this area, you will find when your next paycheck will be disbursed and your pay stubs.
After answering your security questions, click on the paycheck you are interested in looking at.
Once your paystub is open as a document form you will look into the following:

To fix a Cal Time entry either due to a missed or incorrect punch you must do the following:
Submit a Cal Time Edit request. To fill out the form you must know the date and time of your shift, your Employee ID (found on UC Path), and your manager and student lead's name.
Once your Cal Time Edit request has been submitted through the form, you MUST email your managers and student supervisors.

I do not know who my managers are or the Student Supervisor's email. Where can I find this information?
To know who your managers are, please look at the top of the form with their contact information. All inquiries to Student Supervisors must be sent to this email address:
If your earnings statement looks correct but the paper check never arrived in the mail after 2-7 business days from the pay date, please contact UC Path by calling 855-982-7284 or clicking the yellow 'ask UC Path' button in the top right corner of UC Path.

Employees report work and leave time on their timecards
Supervisors review and approve their employees’ timecards
Timekeepers sign off on their units’ timecards
DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU ACCRUE SICK HOURS?
This is true. If you meet certain criteria, by California law (AB 1522) and other local ordinances.
Any employee who works more than 30 days in California can start to accrue sick time off
California employees can use their accrued paid sick leave after 90 days of employment
In general you accrue 1 hr of sick leave for every 30 hours/week worked. Check your accruals through CalTime
