This new website, created by the Coordinated Community Review Team, is intended as a place to start for navigating key information about support services and reporting options, your responsibilities as a part of the community, the steps the campus is taking to prevent and respond to SVSH, and how you can get involved.
"SVSH" expands to sexual violence and sexual harassment, and is an umbrella term which includes any conduct prohibited by the UC Policy on SVSH, including relationship violence, stalking, and invasion of privacy.
The PATH to Care Center leads the efforts to transform our campus into a community that is free of sexual violence, sexual harassment, intimate partner violence, and stalking through prevention, advocacy, training, and healing.
Housing Security Deposit Award Fund
The Housing Security Deposit Award Fund was established to empower student success in the face of economic injustice. This self-generating award is funded by student fees and was created through a popularly supported student fee referendum. Students are now helping enrolled students who need assistance in paying security deposits to obtain safe, secure, and stable housing.
This award is intended to be repaid once you have moved out and your security deposit is returned. These funds will go towards helping the next student, like you, find safe, secure, and stable housing.

What Berkeley Dining can do for You
Need someone to review your resume or cover letter?
We can help. All you need to do is ask!
If this is for promotional opportunities such as Student Crew Leader or Student Supervisors: We can offer advice, but not explicit information. Why? : Typically we ask student managers and student supervisors to be a part of the hiring process and decision making, so they cannot offer TOO much information. If you are unsure who to ask, just let us know and we can direct you to someone who can help!
Need a reference? Letter of recommendation?
Always email the person in advance for permission. This gives the person a heads up in case your employer calls.
TIP: Do not put a reference down if you know your employment wasn't the best. Make sure this person is the best candidate to speak highly of you!
For letters, please email diningstudentsupervisors@berkeley.edu and state any necessary information in regards to the letter and/or need
