FOR SCHEDULING PURPOSES YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:
Fill out the Fall 2026 Availability Form PDF, linked here.
Be sure to include a screenshot of your class schedule.
Please include the portion that indicates what classes you are waitlisted for.
Please submit them to the Fall 2026 Google Form sent to your email.
Keep in mind that we do have a requirement of working at least 10hrs/week or 3 shifts/week with at least one weekend shift-which includes Friday Dinner (contact us if this is a concern). The exception is freshmen, who may work 2 shifts/week their first semester.
Please check off 4+ sets of 4 checkboxes in a row in the availability form. This does not mean that you will have 4+ shifts, but we need the flexibility to ensure we meet your availability and operational needs.
Please provide at least 1 availability during the weekend (including Friday night).
If you have any issues doing the above please send us an email.
If you do NOT plan on returning to Berkeley Dining next semester please send us an email. It is the fastest way to prevent reminder emails.
Your employment continues until you resign, so there is no need to re-apply!
