Year Four

What an exciting start to the term it’s been. This week, we’ve begun exploring our new central idea, delving into the concept of migration and discovering how we are all connected through it. The children have loved sharing their families’ migration stories from around the world, and their classmates have been fascinated to learn more about each other’s journeys and backgrounds.

In Maths, we’ve been developing our understanding of area through hands-on, practical activities—using sticky notes! The children were thoroughly engaged (and delighted to be allowed to keep their sticky notes at the end of the lesson!).

Finally, a big thank you to all families who joined us for Parent–Teacher meetings. It’s been a pleasure to share and celebrate your children’s learning and progress with you.
