Year 3 and 4

Term 1: 'Save the Day' Events planning company

On helping to plan a new Autumn festival based in Suffolk, we come across an Anglo-Saxon burial ground and learn about Saxon life, and the struggle for the Kingdom of England between the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings. 

Term 2: 'Blast from the Past' Museum Curators

A recent artifact in our museum leads of to meet Queen Boudicca of the Iceni Tribe. We find out why the Celts are rebelling against the Roman regime, and what impact the Roman Empire had on Britain.

Term 3: 'The Wildography company' Wildlife photographers and videographers

We travel to Peru, to take photographs for the annual 'Wildlife Photographer of the Year' exhibition. We learn about the different biomes in the world, and similarities and differences in geographical features between the UK and South America.

Going into the next academic year (2024-5), teachers will be Alice and teaching assistant Frankie.
