Admissions to Bealings School are managed by the Local Authority, Suffolk County Council.

Reception 2024

The application process for Reception Admissions has finished. All families who have been offered a place will be contacted by the school by the beginning of May. There is some preliminary information for new parents here.

In Year Applications

If you would like to visit the school regarding an ‘In Year’ application please telephone the School Office or email admin@bealings.suffolk.sch.uk and we will arrange a date.

Delayed Entry for Summer Born Children

For parents who are interested in Delayed Entry whereby summer born children start Reception in the term after they turn five – please read the guidance available here: Summer Born Guidance. We also advise parents speak to Suffolk Admissions.

We are very happy to support summer born children coming to us in Reception at the age five, when it is in the best interests of the child.

Prospective Parents - Reception 2025

There will be at least 5 opportunities to visit the school over the autumn term in 2024 for those interested in applying for a place for September 2025. Check back in July 2024 for these dates.
